We provide 7 Days(from delivery date) hassle-free exchange guarantee. Just let us know which style/size you would exchange to. The exchange will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving the return. Return shipping is not covered. 

Returns

Tshowmail.com stands behind all our products and strives to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, and we will refund your money, no questions asked. The following guidelines apply:

• The size you ordered was incorrect.
• The item you received was not what you ordered or was not as described.

**Important note:  Customized items and custom tailored suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.  

If you wish to make a return or request a refund, you should go the write to us at mingliao5683@outlook.com and we will give clear instructions as to how to proceed with your return. 

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and additional charges (including customs duties) associated with returns or refunds.

Your suit must be returned in its original packaging and in the exact condition it arrived in. Used products cannot be resold, so returns cannot be processed.

When Tshowmail.com has received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email that the item has become our property. Tshowmail.com reserves the right to determine the condition of returned products. We will contact you as soon as possible once we confirm approval or denial of your refund request. If your refund has been approved, we'll process the request and issue a full refund within 7 business days. When the product has traces of use and cannot be resold, the order cannot be refunded.
